MADISON, BROOKLYN, NEW YORK – Two manhole fires happened near Bedford Ave & Ave P around 3 am Monday half a block away from James Madison High School. One manhole had flames shooting from it and the second manhole was smoking from beneath a vehicle. Power lines were burning as well. FDNY & NYPD responded. ConEdison is currently on the scene.
