FOREST FALLS – On Saturday evening, August 01, 2020, the “Apple Fire” continued to burn north towards the mountain town of Forest Falls. Campers from San Diego, who were back country camping, saw the flames and rushed to escape the approaching blaze. Several campers remained in the back country and may need to be evacuated as the blaze burns towards them on Little San Gorgonio Peak.
