BANNING – The “Apple Fire” continued to burn towards the east into the hills above the city of Banning overnight into the morning hours on Sunday, August 02, 2020. One home at the dead-end of Bluff Road suffered damage to the roof and side of the home. A water tender truck also appears to have been completely overcome by the fire.
