A driver had to be extricated from their vehicle Monday in Apple Valley after they rolled the vehicle on a curve. The accident occurred around 4:30 PM in the 19800 block of Rimrock Road East. According to a unconfirmed report of a witness, the driver was traveling at a high rate of speed when they lost control and rolled the vehicle into the front yard of a home. Apple Valley Fire responded and extricated the driver. The driver was taken by ambulance to St. Mary’s Medical Center and transferred to SBCo Fire Air Ambulance H-325 and transported to the trauma center at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. SBSO Apple Valley is handling the investigation.
