Thunderstorms blew through the High Desert Thursday afternoon causing street flooding an accidents. Video shot around 2:30-3:15 PM in Apple Valley and along the !-15 in unincorporated San Bernardino County. Street flooding was on Dale Evans Parkway. Freeway video was at I-15 and Dale Evans. Freeway TC was at mile marker 54 of the I-15.
