POMONA – Los Angeles County Fire responded to a house fire at 679 E James Place and Raylene Place. Once firefighters arrived on scene they could see heavy smoke coming from inside the house. Firefighters kicked the door open to get inside the residence. The fire spresd to the attic. Unknown at this time how the fire started. One person was home at the time of the fire and made it out safely.
