LONG BEACH CA – The City of Long Beach Has allowed restaurants along the famous Belmont Shore 2nd St to reopen with outside seating. The city allowed owners to use exterior metered parking spaces at no cost and build boxed areas. The cost of the seat boxes are out of the restaurants owners pockets to be able to allow outdoor seating. The restaurants will be complying with all state , city and county restrictions regarding COVID restrictions
