LA VERNE, CALIFORNIA – California Highway Baldwin Park station and Los Angeles County Fire Department along with La Verne Fire Department responded to a overturned big rig with the driver trapped at westbound 210 Fruit St. Once CHP officers and firefighters arrived on scene they located a big rig on it’s side with no one trapped or inside the big rig. The driver of the big red left the scene exiting on Fruit Street on foot. La Verne PD were able to locate the suspect and take him into custody along with CHP. Unknown at this time what led up to the crash.
