CARSON: Tire Changing Hit & Run

*Time* – 3:30am *Location* – 91 East / Main St, Carson *Handling Agencies* – CHP, LACOFD
A small car travelling east on the 91 got a flat tire and pulled over to the shoulder to change it. The person changing the tire was struck by a vehicle while in the middle of the tire change. The vehicle kept going and did not stop after striking the victim. CHP rendered aid until LACOFD arrived. The victim was transported to the hospital via ambulance. Once transported CHP finished the tire chane and sent the ladies on thier way.
