SAN BERNARDINO – Friday May 29th 2020, shortly after 12:30am, San Bernardino County Fire Department was flagged down by a citizen at the Chevron located 1677 Devore Rd. The citizen reported a gunshot wound victim in a vehicle at the Chevron. Per a California Highway Patrol radio broadcast, a child in the vehicle was shot by gunfire. The shooting occurred on the southbound 215 freeway, north of Devore Rd. The suspect vehicle is described as a white, newer model Toyota Camry, with tinted windows.
The condition of the child is unknown at this time.
Several bullet holes can be seen in one door, and exit damage on the other side.
