SANTA MONICA – A CHP pursuit terminated in the city of Santa Monica after a suspect that was wanted for car theft and identity theft failed to yield to officers. A female suspect that was with the male was able to avoid capture and police are investigating. Santa Monica PD assisted with perimeter and traffic control.
