Costa Mesa: 405 Freeway Closure

At 11:30 pm CHP closed the Northbound 405 freeway at Fairview Rd for bridge work. Cal-Trans crews were seen breaking down the bridge and working fast for the closure. Traffic was seen backed up toward John Wayne Airport. The closure is expected to end by 7 am.
