SOUTH LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – A man with a knife and throwing rocks at a burger joint prompted a LAPD response. LAPD arrived and the man would not comply with their demands. At one point the man approached officers yelling and was shot with a less lethal round of rubber bullets. During the standoff you can see the man tending to his wounds. LAPD did everything they could to let the man end the situation and not them. At 9:45 in the video, the man pulls his pants down and moons them. Eventually LAPD ended it somewhat peacefully when they moved in with a dog on a leach. The man was not bit and was taken to the hospital for treatment of his less lethat wounds and an evaluation.
