RIVERSIDE – On June 30, 2020 nurses with the Riverside Community Hospital are on their day 5th of protesting that will end after 10 days on July 5th. Nurses are protesting the lack of personal safety equipment that the hospital is failing to give to them during this time. The protest coordinator Monica, explained that nurses are reusing masks after a 12 hour shift and not being able to change them out due to lack of equipment the hospital has not provided.
