At 7:59 pm Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and the Los Angeles County Fire Department received multiple 911 calls of two pedestrians that were struck by a van at 225 Gentle Springs Ln and Diamond Bar Blvd. Once deputies and firefighters arrived on scene they located two victims in the middle of the street, one was unresponsive. Both victims were transported to Pomona Valley Hospital with one in critical condition and the other one in unknown condition. Per a witness they said that the victims had just left a family party at a restaurant when the accident occurred. The person that struck the two pedestrians remained at the scene and deputies are interviewing and questioning the person in the van. Unknown is speed was a factor or how the accident occurred Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputies are handling the investigation into the accident. Shot by: RANDY
