DOWNTOWN LA: Wet Road Bicyclist Struck

A man was struck on his bike as a car was making a left turn. Unknown who had the right of way. The victim suffered a broken ankle and had a major bruise on his head and face. He was awake and alert as LAFD & PD arrived. The driver stayed at the scene and was speaking with LAPD. The victim was transported by ambulance to a local hospital.
