PARAMOUNT, CALIFORNIA – A vehicle going southbound on Downey Ave lost control, flipped, hit a house, all before bouncing back onto the lawn. LACoFD firefighters found the driver trapped in the car. The driver was extricated but declared dead at the scene. The house suffered significant structural damage.
