Driver Flees, But Returns To Scene After Killing Pedestrian | NORWALK, CA 12.2.20

NORWALK, CALIFORNIA – A middle aged woman was crossing the street at Firestone & Imperial Hwy when she was struck by a female driver. The driver panicked and left the scene to call for family but later returned. The LASD questioned the drivers actions and are handling the investigation.
