STANTON, CALIFORNIA – Two men are hospitalized after what witnesses describe as a very loud crash at the intersection of Gilbert & Cerritos in Stanton. Neighbors were startled when they heard the crash and rushed outside to see two pick-up trucks had collided in the intersection trapping one driver. Two other parked vehicles were also involved however they were unoccupied. The homeowner of one of the parked vehicles says his dogs woke him up after the crash occurred and he rushed outside after calling police. His vehicle was damaged after a light pole slammed down on the camper area of the bed of his truck. No structures were involved and the CHP is investigating.
