FULLERTON – A driver is being held on charges of DUI after he slammed into the back of an UBER driver. The DUI driver was driving so fast the impact sent his car to a crashing halt in the front of one of the Harbor Blvd business buildings. The driver of the UBER car made it out of his car with no injuries and the other driver was not injured either. The Fullerton police are investigating.
