STATEN ISLAND, NEW YORK – On Saturday, October 3, 2020 at approximately 2316 hours police responded to a 911 call of a male stabbed at 2188 Richmond Terrace, within the confines of the 121 Precinct. Upon arrival a 23-year-old male was located with multiple stab wounds about the torso. EMS also responded and transported the male to Richmond University Medical Center, where he was later pronounced deceased. A 22-year-old was taken into custody shortly after barricading himself inside of the location and then voluntarily surrendering to police. A knife was recovered at the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
