SOUTH LA – A 25 year old female was fatally shot while stopped at a traffic light Sunday morning. LAPD officers responded to a report of a shooting with a victim down and found a 25 year old female that was unresponsive with a GSW to the head. LAFD responded and pronounced the victim dead. LAPD has requested DOT to shut down Manchester for the investigation.
