FONTANA Fatality due to Fentanyl Exposure/Overdose

FONTANA: On 9/7/18 Fontana PD responded to a medical aid where two males went down in the garage. Upon arrival, with the assistance of Paramedics, one subject was revived. Both subjects were transported to a local hospital where the subject who was revived is in critical condition and the other subject was pronounced dead. San Bernardino County Hazmat crews responded, and it is believed the subjects were exposed to Fentanyl. The investigation is ongoing.
