POMONA – Pomona PD, Los Angeles County Fire, along with Montclair Fire and AMR responded to a traffic collision at 1761 E Mission Blvd and Roswell Ave. Once officers and firefighters arrived on scene they located a vehicle that crashed into multiple parked vehicles and also hitting a fire hydrant. Officers and firefighters located a female about 10 feet away from the vehicle in critical condition with her boyfriend next to her. Pomona Pd put handcuffs on the male, unknown at this time if he was the driver of one of the vehicles. The female was transported by AMR Ambulance to a local hospital in critical condition. The male was also transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries. Unknown what led up to the accident or if speed or alcohol was a factor. Pomona Pd will be handling the investigation into the traffic accident.
