PALOS VERDES – LACoFD responded to a reported horse rescue on a trial in Palos Verdes just before 8PM Tuesday night. Firefighters hiked down the trail and found a horse that had fallen over on the trail and was unable to get back up. Firefights from the LACoFD fire department USAR team used ropes and fire houses to help get the horse back on its feet. It took firefighters about 2 hours to get the horse up and walk it out. The horse did not appear to have any injuries.
