LAKEWOOD – Two people were rescued from a storm drain after getting
stuck due to rising waters. LACoFD along with Long Beach Fire Department worked along side each other in the rescue of the two people. A male and a female were pulled out of a manhole and were taken to an ambulance. Both patients refused transport to a hospital.
