SOUTH LA – Residents in the LAPD Newton Division area took to the streets to protest what they believe to be an unjust killing of a man named Alex Flores. They blocked off a portion of S. Central Ave right in front of the police station to protest. One patrol car was scene following the crowd. No further information available.
