A woman was helped out an SUV (on camera) by LBFD after making a 911 call from inside her rolled over vehicle. She told the 911 Operator that she had had a couple of drinks. LBPD arrested the female after she failed a Breathalyzer Test. No injuries to report. Her Mercedes SUV did hit a parked car once coming to rest.
