SOUTH LA – A man was fatally shot in South LA while standing outside in a parking lot. Multiple casings can be seen scattered on the street, bullets flew all over hitting nearby vehicles. The motive for the shooting is unknown and LAPD homicide detectives are on scene investigating. No further information available.
