POMONA, CALIFORNIA – A LAPD air unit was overhead of a pursuit of a wanted vehicle eastbound 60 freeway in the city of industry. The Los Angeles County Sheriff air unit took over the pursuit as it continued eastbound 60 fwy into the city of Pomona. Baldwin Park CHP took over the pursuit as it exited at Garey Ave from the eastbound 60 freeway. The suspect continued northbound on Garey Avenue and did not stop for any red lights. Unknown at this time if CHP did a pit maneuver on the vehicle at N. Indian Hill Blvd and East San Bernardino Ave in the city of Pomona. The suspect vehicle hit a fire hydrant and continued southbound Indian Hill Boulevard. The suspect turned into a parking lot and was taken into custody. The suspect was not injured or any officers were injured during the pursuit.
