Early Wednesday morning August 08, 2018 the Holy Fire remained pretty active. The blaze was roughly 3,399 acres as of 5:00pm Tuesday evening with 5% containment. The massive blaze is continuing to burn on all flanks of the fire as it burns towards populated areas such as El Cariso, Lake Elsinore, Horse Thief Canyon and Glen Eden. The fire has jumped North Main Divide Truck Trial as it advances into Riverside County. Ash from the fire continues to fall miles from the fire. The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
