COSTA MESA – Community Action Partnership of Orange County along with the OC Food Bank & Goodwill of OC distributed food today to 1200 low income families in the parking lot of the IKEA of Costa Mesa. The drive-thru distribution provides emergency food boxes filled with essentials as well as diapers for families with infants.
