SAN BERNARDINO – At Approximentally 6:48 PM San Bernardino PD along with San Bernardino County Fire were dispatched to W Foothill Blvd & 4th St for a traffic collision with one person ejected from a vehicle laying on the floor bleeding from the head. A second victim in an additional vehicle was seen trapped inside. The engine of one of the vehicle’s was thrown across the street due to the impact. Witnesses stated off camera they seen the driver of the truck driving in the center median at high rates of speeds before the impact. Both patients were transported to a local hospital with major injuries. Multiple witnesses could be seen jumping in to help involved in the tc.
