BALDWIN PARK – CHP received 911 calls of an overturned big rig that was traveling northbound 605 to the eastbound 10 freeway transition when it overturned. Once firefighters and officers arrived on scene to locate a male that was helped out by an off duty officer out of the big rig through the front window. Firefighters and paramedics checked out the driver at the scene and was cleared and refused to be transported.
