SAN BERNARDINO – CHP Officers responded to reports of a vehicle on the right-hand shoulder officers overshot the vehicle almost colliding into it. While on the other side of the freeway, officers saw a San Bernardino PD unit along with several other vehicles start to hit the vehicle causing a chain reaction. The San Bernardino PD officer sustained no injuries. At least one person was transported.
