SOUTH LA – Three people were injured after their car wrapped around a power pole. The car was speeding northbound up Main St, when they lost control, taking out a tree and electrical box before slamming into a telephone pole. Two females were out of the car by the time firefighters arrived, and a male was still trapped in the vehicle. The male was extricated out of the car, a Nissan Altima, and all three were transported in unknown condition to the hospital. It isn’t known if DUI is a factor.
