RIVERSIDE – In attempts to “Flatten The Curve” of the spread of the Coronavirus, the Riverside Police Department has closed its lobbies to the public, most court cases at the Riverside Superior Court House have been postponed, City Hall has been closed until further and downtown looks like a ghost town with every bar closed.
