SAN BERNARDINO On Saturday December 29th 2018, at 9:30pm, San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to a residential structure fire in the 930 block of N. Western Ave. The first arriving engine reported flames and heavy smoke coming from the residence. An occupant inside the house made it out safely along with a dog. Firemen came close to being electricuted by a downed wire. No injuries were reported. The Red Cross was contacted for a displaced adult male. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
