SAN BERNARDINO: Liquor Store Shooting

Early Saturday morning, June 08, 2019, the City of San Bernardino Police Department along with San Bernardino County Fire and AMR responded to multiple reports of a shooting at a liquor store. The shooting was reported around 12:20am at Bliss Liquor in the 600 block of W. 9th Street. At least one person was reportedly struck by the gunfire. Witnesses at the scene say a male got out of a vehicle and fired several shots into the liquor store. Witnesses also say, one person ran from the liquor and collapsed on the sidewalk about 75 feet from the liquor store where he was treated and transported to an area hospital in unknown condition, however, police at the scene declined to confirm or deny the witnessess’ accounts. Four bullet casings were seen just feet from the front door of the liquor store. No further information was immediately available.
