SOUTH LA: Parking Lot Shooting

One victim (possible male) was shot in a liquor store / check cashing store parking lot. The victim was transported by ambulance to an area hospital. LAPD is investigating. LAPD was speaking to a female friend and witness while others blocked the area with yellow tape.
