SAN PEDRO, CALIFORNIA – A homicide suspect is in custody after leading LAPD and the FBI on a pursuit from Carson. Officers started the pursuit with the suspect in a white (OJ Style) Ford Bronco in Carson. The chase went on the southbound 110 freeway into San Pedro and ended in a crash with a parked red truck. The suspect was taken into custody and briefly treated by firefighters, but was not taken to the hospital. The suspect reportedly threw out a rifle on a freeway onramp during the pursuit, which was recovered by officers. It is not known which homicide the suspect was wanted for, although an officer stated off-camera that he had a warrant for his arrest.
