SOUTH LA CA – A traffic collision involving three vehicles occurred on the corner of 83rd and Main St. One driver was extricated out of the small blue SUV and another driver was placed in handcuffs before he was transported to a local hospital with injuries to his head. LAPD officers can be seen taking the handcuffs off of his right hand and it appeared his left hand was cuffed under the sheet. It is not known at this time if that driver was under the influence or if some other foul play may have been involved. LAPD officers remained at the scene writing down the VIN of the white Dodge Challenger and thoroughly looking through the inside of the vehicle. A third, burgundy vehicle was also somehow involved in the wreckage.
