TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA – An SUV travelling southbound on the 5 freeway collided with an 18 wheeler near Tustin Ranch Rd just before 12 am. The driver of that SUV exited their vehicle and was in freeway lanes when struck by passing car. The car that struck the person did stop and cooperated with CHP. Other cars ran over debris in the roadway and became disabled.
