POMONA, CALIFORNIA – Officers and firefighters arrived on scene and located a gunshot victim that was laying on the sidewalk. Family members and friends started to run out and give Pomona Pd a hard time as they rendered aid. The victim was transported to Pomona Valley hospital in critical condition. Unknown at this time how many times the victim was shot. Pomona Pd did locate multiple gun casings at the scene. Pomona Pd had E Phillips Blvd closed in both directions as they handled their investigation
