A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in Victorville Thursday night. The accident occurred along a dark stretch of Village Drive and Tawney Ridge Lane. The female patient was treated by SBCo Fire paramedics before being taken to Victor Valley Global Medical Center. The patient was transferred to SBCo Fire Helicopter H-325 and flown to the trauma center at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.
