At approximately 0130 on 6/30/2018 a Mini Van with two passengers was traveling westbound on Highway 22 in Westminster. According to CHP Sergeant Felipe Martinez #13965 the mini van lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the guard rail. The driver of the vehicle was transported to the hospital and the female passenger was pronounced at the scene and was transported by the Orange County Coroner.
