One person is in custody after leading police on a slow pursuit in Downtown L.A. Monday night. It is believed the pursuit began when Huntington Park Police tried to pull the white pick up truck over. CHP later took over the pursuit until LAPD began pursuing it. Several times the suspect was seen driving against traffic before abandoning the truck and running into a parking structure. The man was taken into custody near 8th and Hope Streets.
