Late Thursday night June 7th Cal Fire / Riverside County Fire responded to reports of a vehicle into a structure. The incident occurred shortly after 11:00pm in the 15400 block of La Casa Drive. The first arriving engine company reported a motorhome that collided with a two story residence. Three occupants inside the motorhome were extricated. One with serious injuries and two with moderate injuries. All three were transported by ground ambulance to an area hospital. Two occupants inside the home were unharmed. The American Red Cross was requested to the scene to assist two displaced adults and two dogs. Per Battalion Chief Mark League with Cal Fire / Riverside County Fire, a total of five people were inside the motorhome at the time of the crash. The home will be red tagged and crews are expected to remain at the scene for several hours. According to Police at the scene, alcohol did play a role in the crash.
