10.21.20 | by Adam | BAY RIDGE, Brooklyn – Gunshots were fired outside of a hookah bar. It happened just before midnight around 11:50 pm Tuesday in the vicinity of 79th St & 5th Ave. Upon arrival police found eight 9mm shell casings on the corner sidewalk. 9mm rounds are typically used with handguns. Police were seen interviewed two possible witnesses. A group of girls came out of the hookah bar who stated they did not hear anything. One of them initially said they did hear the shots. No one was found to be shot. ESU was on the scene conducting an evidence search.
