BELMONT, Bronx – A ladder FDNY truck was responding to a fire at 740 East 178 St in the confines of the 48 precinct when they collided with a vehicle at East 180 & Mapes Ave just after midnight Sunday. The family of five included a 39-year-old male, a 38-year-old female, a 14-year-old male, 13-year-old female, and an 8-year-old. They were all transported to St. Barnabus hospital in stable condition. NYPD CIS investigation was requested and then canceled.
